Persian Ghee Serving Suggestion:
1. Use as a substitute for oil when cooking our Dill Rice & Chicken, Lentil Rice, Saffron & Barberry Rice and Persian Cumin Rice.
2. Use instead of oil when frying eggs, mushrooms, eggplants, onion, chicken, fish or roasting pumpkin, sweet potatoes or similar vegetables.
3. Add 1-2 tablespoons to couscous, quinoa or plain rice.
