Australian red curry is the perfect combination of Indian Asian spices with Australian Bushfood herbs. The aroma and flavour is intense and strong. This delicious red curry powder consists of our native herbs; bush tomato, mountain pepperberries and aniseed.
Australian Red Curry Serving Suggestions:
- Use instead of normal curry powder with coconut milk.
- Fry Onion and garlic with chicken and red meat. Add generous amount of bush curry spice mix. Saute until fragrant.
- Add carrot, cauliflower and chopped tomato. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes. Then add 400ml of cook for 30 minutes until the flavours have come together and meat is cooked.
- Serve with steam rice,ime wedge and freshly chopped coriander and red chilli
