Vindaloo Curry Paste Serving Suggestion:
To create a simple delicious curry, use 1 jar of the spice library Curry for the following recipe.
Firstly fry 2 diced onions & 2 choppedĀ garlic. Once fragrant and translucent, add 500-700g your meat of choice; Beef/Lamb/Pork, Saute for 5 minutes to sear on all side. Then add one jar of Vindaloo Paste, 300g desire potatoes peeled & halved, 400ml of coconut milk & one cup water. Bring to boil. Then simmer on low heat for 45-60 mins until well cooked.
This curry is great served with Persian Cumin Rice and cucumber yoghurt.
