The Spice Library Tandoori Paste is consists of Chaat Masala, red chilli, Garlic & ginger, Oil, Vinegar, Salt and Spices.
Tandoori Paste Serving Suggestion:
To create a simple delicious salad, first mix one tablespoon of curry paste with 3 tablespoons natural yoghurt. Then Add 150-200g chicken pieces. Marinade in the mixture for at least 2-3 hours or even better overnight. BBQ or roast in the oven at 160C until well cooked. Serve with
green salads, mango chutney and cucumber yoghurt.
