Cascabel Chilli also known as the rattle chilli or bell chilli is one of the loved Mexican Gourmet Chillies. The rattle or bell designations of this Chilli describe the tendency of loose seeds to rattle inside when shaken. These chillies are mild and flavorsome.

Cascabel Chilli Cooking Suggestion:
-Drizzle cascabel salsa over corn tortillas topped with fresh crumbled cheese
– make a cascabel salt rub which may be used to season fish, meat and vegetables. To make this – dry roast chilli for a few minutes, grind and mix with sea salt flakes and dried Mexican oregano.
