Arbol Chilli – Small, bright red and potent Mexican chilli. Chile de Arbol is used for heat. Removed seeds to reduce heat and can be used instead of Cayenne pepper.
Can be used instead of other varieties of hot chillies in many dishes.

Arbol Chilli Cooking Suggestion:
- Mexican Sauces
- Re-hydrated in warm water, then pureed in a food processor and garlic (optional) to create a paste
- Dry roast chilli for a few minutes then pulverize with salt to create a culinary hot chilli salt
