Baharat spice blend is a full bodied spice blend, commonly used in Lebanese, Jordanian and Palestinian cuisines.

One the most traditional middle-eastern blend which is intense and rich in aroma and flacour. Additionally, it’s richness is from combination of sweet spices such as Cinnamon, Cloves and Star Anise.

Such examples include; casseroles, stews and vegetarian kebabs.

Baharat is used the same way as garam masla added to recipes. It brings the overall flavour of the dish together.
