A delicous recipe for Za’atar Chicken.
- Combine well 4-5 tablespoons of good quality olive oil or the spice library Persian ghee with 2-3 tablespoons of Spice blend.
- Rub the spice mix over 500g of chicken breast or thigh fillets until well coated.
- Then roast in the oven at 160-180ºC for 20-30mins.
Serve on a bed of rocket and pear salad using the Sumac salad dressing recipe.
