Cloves ground are crushed or ground cloves whole. Cloves originating from Madagascar are one of the most pungent spices. This highly aromatic spice used in many spices blends, baking, preserving meat and pickles. Additionally, it is widely used in Middle-Eastern, Arabian and Indian casseroles or curries.
