Sabzi Ghormeh – Persian herb stew.
Sabzi Ghormeh Cooking Suggestion
Heat oil & brown 700g Lamb/Beef on bone, Add a jar of Sabzi Ghormeh & sauté for 5-7 mins until fragrant. Rinse & Add 150g Red Kidney beans & 4 Dried Limes to the pan. Add 1.2 Litre of hot water. Bring to rapid boil for 10mins. Simmer on low heat for 3-5hours while stirring occasionally. Adjust seasoning &
lemon juice Serve on Persian Cumin Rice.
Ingredients Parsley, Coriander, Spinach,
Leek, Onion, Garlic, Olive Oil, Salt & Spices.
Store Refrigerate after purchase.
