By joining The Spice Library online store you’re agreeing to abide by the Terms of Service below. Using our websites shows that you accept the terms and conditions in effect at that time. Placing your order online is an offer by you to purchase the product at the price and delivery charges specified.
The order must contain your correct full name, shipping address and contact number. You must be the authorized credit card holder for processing payment at the Spice Library online shop. You authorize the Spice Library’s merchant to deduct the amount from the credit card details entered and that you have read and understood our privacy and terms of sales.
The Spice Library reserves the right to cancel or decline any order, as see fit for whatever reason, and as such refund the full amount. Your order is not confirmed unless you receive a confirmation of order being completed.
Orders and sale contracts are only viable once your order has been confirmed and full and correct payment accepted.
The Spice Library will maintain ownership of the products you order until a full and legitimate payment is received.
All orders will be processed and dispatched within 24-48 business hours of receipt of payment from our trading location 8-12 Stafford Street, Midland Wa 6056 Australia. (please note that this is not a shop and we don’t sell direct to public from this location).
Due to COVID and Labour Shortage – all online orders are dispatched twice a week ONLY. Tracking information is forwarded to the email address provided. Please check spam folder if not received first prior to contacting one of our friendly team member.
Orders will be dispatched only to the shipping address indicated on your order form and not the billing address.
Delivery charges are calculated at the checkout. Ensure the correct shipping address is entered.
FLAT RATE Shipping Australia Wide $13.99 (non-registered postage). Couriers are used in the first instance. For Bulky orders, SL uses private couriers and shipping to PO BOX not available unless regional locations.

COVID-19 update: Due to the increased demand on delivery providers, you may experience some pickup and delivery delays
• Perth WA Metro (excluding PO BOX & Locked Bag) –3-5 business days.
• WA regional – 7-10 business days.
• Vic, NSW, ACT, SA, NT metro – 5-7 business days.
• QLD, and regional interstate –7-10 business days.
• Tasmania, and regional interstate –7-10 business days.
The above shipping timeline should be treated as an estimated guideline as such The Spice Library is indemnified against the failure or delay in delivery which is outside our control.
Please note; we use Australia post and courier satchel for delivery. The Flat rate, Perth metro and free shipping is marked as “Authority to leave at the front door”. If you do not wish for your parcel to be left at front door, at the checkout choose Regular/Parcel Post. By choosing this option, your parcel is registered. Registered postage is an extra option and fee applies (flat rate shipping is a non-registered postage and we take no responsibility for lost/mis-delivered parcels).

You must ensure that you have chosen your products carefully as the purchased items are non- refundable if you change your mind. We are unable to exchange any products due to the perishable nature of these products.
Please note if you change your mind or if the item is returned back to us; a re-stocking & handling fee of 25% applies along with administration fee of $4.99 to cover such expenses as Merchant Credit card charges and transaction approval fee. If the courier or Australia Post have already been booked and we have been charged then the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
In the event that you have received a faulty or damaged product, please notify us immediately within 24 hours from receiving your order via email. You must specify the fault/damage with a support of a photograph.
The relevant product should be returned using registered post along with a brief explanation of the fault/damage and in its original packaging, unopened, unused and in the state received.
Upon receipt of the returned products, we will examine and access the nature of fault/damage at our discretion. Once the fault/damage is established, we will resend a new replacement at no delivery cost to you or alternatively refund the full amount, excluding the freight charge, into your nominated account using Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT).
