Red Curry Paste Serving Suggestion:
To create a simple delicious curry, use 1 jar of the spice library curry paste for the following recipe.
Firstly heat 1 Tablespoon of oil in a pot. Once hot enough, add your meat of choice; 1kg chicken /seafood/Veges. Fry for 5 mins. Then add 1 jar of Spice Library Red Curry and sauté until fragrant. Add 1tbsp soft brown sugar, 3 Tbsp fish sauce, 4 kaffir lime leaves, vegetables and 400ml coconut milk. Bring to boil & and then simmer until cooked. Adjust seasoning & garnish with fresh red Chillies, coriander & lime wedges.
