Australian Bush curry is a unique combination of our native spices; wattleseed, mountain pepperleaf and aniseed myrtle.
Australian Bush Curry Serving Suggestions:
- Use instead of curry powder with natural yoghurt.
- Fry Onion and garlic with chicken and red meat. Add generous amount of Australian bush spice mix. Saute until fragrant.
- Add potatoes and chopped tomato. Cook on low heat for 30 minutes. Then add natural yoghurt and cook for another 15 minutes.
- Serve with steam rice, lemon wedge and freshly chopped coriander and red chilli
