Tandoori paste is hand-crafted in Perth WA using traditional Indian recipe. Simple and easy to use curry pastes suitable for curries, soups, dahl or chicken Tikka marinade. Can be added as a spice flavoring for vegetables pakoras.
Tandoori Paste Cooking Suggestion:
Mix one tablespoon of paste to 3 tablespoons yoghurt for every 150-200g chicken pieces. Marinade in the mixture for at least 2-3 hours or overnight. BBQ or Bake/Roast in the oven at 160C until well cooked.
Serve with green salads and cucumber yoghurt.
This paste is also an excellent marinade for meats that are to be barbecued, grilled or roasted such as Chicken Tikka.
