Asian Curry paste Serving Suggestions
These curry paste are suitable for meat, chicken and vegetables. Just add coconut milk, 300-400g of vegetables such as carrot, broccoli, baby corn or capsicum and cook for 30-40 minutes until the meat is well cooked.
For a more authentic & traditional flavour add 2-3 tbsp of fish sauce or 20g of Balchan paste. Add 2-3 fresh kaffir lime leaves (optional). Garnish with chopped coriander.
